We have received a number of inquiries concerning the conversion of the Plaza. Now that the controversy between the hotel union and the developer has been resolved and the hotel has officially closed, the "word on the street" is that the condos will begin selling sometime in September. We have not yet received an official confirmation of this date, but a few trustworthy sources have indicated that we should plan on seeing sales begin after Labor Day. A hotel component will remain, though the bulk of the hotel will be converted to condos and new retail space will make up the first couple of floors. Stay tuned for more updates.
