SLCE has filed plans with the Department of Buildings for a 18-story, residential condominium building at 2150 Broadway on the southeast corner at 76th Street.

The building, which is known as the Laureate, will be clad in limestone and have 10-foot-high ceilings.

It will have 75 apartments and is being developed by Jane Gol and Amir Chaluts.

It will have a garage, a recreation room, a game room, a fitness center and a playroom as well as basement storage space.

It is across 76th Street from the south building of the Harrison, a new residential condominium building nearing completion that has been developed by the Related Companies and designed by Robert A. M. Stern.

This is a very central Upper West Side location that is convenient to public transportation and not far from Zabar's and the Beacon Theater.
