The building has been named in honor of American artist Norman Rockwell, who was born on the same block, and the apartments are expected to nod to timeless Upper West Side elegance. Amenities will include a fitness studio, a music room, a screening room, a children's playroom, a lounge with terrace, and a rooftop terrace with a fire pit and grills.

Power brokers Fredrik Eklund and John Gomes have already announced their intentions to buy in the building, which will offer nine one-bedrooms, 13 two-bedroom units, four three-bedrooms, and two penthouse units.
