The New York real estate community has been eagerly watching Fifteen Hudson Yards since the construction of this super-sleek 910-foot-tall building designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro in collaboration with the Rockwell Group began last spring. Now roughly halfway up, the glass and metal curtain wall is now being installed along the uniquely shaped condominium tower.
Construction of the tower is expected to be completed in 2018 and will be the first residential building to be completed on the Hudson Yards railyards site. It is one of four major towers to go up on the eastern railyards of the master plan. The other buildings are Coach’s building at 10 Hudson Yards, the super-tall 30 Hudson Yards, and the mixed-use 35 Hudson Yards.

Sales at Ffiteen Hudson Yards launched last September and became Manhattan's fastest selling condo last year. Since then, a steady trickle units ranging from two- to four-beds have hit the market. Just last week, a 1,690-square-foot two-bedroom, two-bath on the 75th floor came online and is priced at $5.05 million; more than twice the median price of the comparatively run-of-the-mill condos now available in Midtown West.
