A new Brooklyn development along the Eastern Parkway corridor in Brownsville will bring 25 cooperative homes to the neighborhood. The project is known as SEED Affordable Cooperative Apartments and is being constructed through the New Infill Homeownership Opportunities Program of the New York City Department of Housing. The 25 units come in a variety of 1 to 3 bedroom layouts and are spread throughout two buildings; one at 1900 Park Place and the other at an adjacent lot at 416 Thomas S. Boyland Street.

The building at 1900 park Place rises to 4 floors and has 17 units while 416 Thomas S. Boyland Street, also 4 floors, has 8 units. Permits were first filed in 2016 and list Latent Productions as the applicant of record. The architecture firm has revealed several renderings of the project which show a design occupying the five long vacant and semi-contiguous lots between Eastern Parkway and East New York Avenue.
