According to a recently accepted offering plan, the sellout price is close to $137 million. Current availabilities start at $1.795 million for two-bedrooms, $2.925 million for three-bedrooms, and $3.985 million for four-bedrooms. Dahlia’s average price of $2,079 per square foot puts it just above its Upper West Side neighborhood’s median of $2,005 per square foot (per CityRealty listings). Construction topped out in January 2019, and completion is estimated for 2020.
