New York-based real estate firm TF Cornerstone has launched their new Downtown Brooklyn rental high rise
33 Bond Street - the company's first residential property in the borough - and will begin to welcome residents this summer to the more than 700 studio, 1- and 2-bedroom apartments within the 25-story building designed by Handel Architects.
Located at the corner of Bond Street and Livingston Street, 33 Bond joins a well established yet thriving neighborhood which has had a surge of new development in recent years. The innovative nature of the neighborhood served as inspiration for the project, which caters to creatives and millennials attracted to lifestyle-driven amenities like co-working and collaborative spaces. A new website recently launched debuting new renderings, a full list of amenities, and also pricing. Monthly rent for studios ranges from $2,225 to $2,500, 1 bedrooms from $2,860 to $3,685, and 2 bedrooms from $4,230 to $5,170.

TF Cornerstone's multi-pronged launch of the property incorporates a seemingly unique approach for NYC real estate - an organic marketing campaign. 33 Bond will be represented at a pop-up shop beginning April 24th at 442 Atlantic Avenue, just a couple blocks away from the building, which culminates with a daylong takeover event on April 29th offering "an exclusive sneak peek at the forthcoming residential experience" along with a series of special events throughout the day to celebrate the neighborhood's vibrancy. Perhaps this is when we'll get a first look at apartment interiors.
While renderings are yet to be released, apartments will feature open concept layouts with white oak floors wrapped with floor-to-ceiling windows, and chef’s kitchens with stainless steel appliances, porcelain tile backsplashes, and waterfall Caesarstone quartz countertops.

Handel Architects has designed shared interior spaces to reflect Brooklyn's industrial history with elements like wood panels lining hallways, built-in wooden benches and shelving, and an enclosed glass pavilion within the lobby. Many new details have emerged since the building's topping out last fall, including the full list of amenities. There will be HomeWork, an in-house collaborative workspace with a coffee bar, large-scale art installations, and a rotating calendar of events to foster connections within the local community. It will have an elevated 2nd-story private park with grills, sun beds, dining pavilions, and winter heating systems for year-round use, and also a 52,000-square-foot fitness facility. Other amenities include a 24-hour attended lobby, a club lounge with billiards, a screening room, an event space with private terrace, a pet spa, and bicycle storage.
