The Liberty Harbor North plan is Jersey City’s equivalent to Manhattan’s Riverside South. Both were conceived decades ago, and the metro area’s two-decade-long renaissance has allowed them to set sail at full steam. The latest project to take root in Jersey City’s 80-acre redevelopment is a two-phase rental known as Vantage at 33 Park View Avenue. Developed by Fisher Development Associates (not to be confused with Fisher Bros.), the project comprises a pair of 44-story glass towers with a total of 900 apartments overlooking the Jersey CIty and Manhattan skylines. The towers will rest upon a 5-story podium that will hold 15,000 square feet of retail, amenities, and parking.

The first tower is now officially open and is leasing spacious studio, one- and two-bedroom residences priced from the low-$2,000. There is also a running offer of one month’s free rent for lease-signers.

The leasing team, led by the Marketing Directors, touts that the building has some of the largest apartments in Jersey City’s new construction marketplace. Designed by S9 Architecture, Vantage’s homes have floor-to-ceiling windows, nine-foot ceiling heights, wood flooring, recessed LED lighting, in-home washer and dryer units and cutting-edge energy-efficient systems.
Apartments are ready for immediate occupancy and early lease-signers have already moved in. The on-site leasing office has fully-furnished model apartments on the 20th floor ideal for showcasing the commanding views over the harbor, towards the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island.

The building presents a world-class offering of indoor and outdoor amenities. Perks include a 24-hour concierge, state-of-the-art health club, children’s playroom, business center, conference room, screening room, dining area, cyber café and on-site parking. A sixth-floor outdoor amenity deck features a zero-entry swimming pool, lounge, landscaped area and full-court basketball court, while the Vantage Point Sky Lounge on the 45th floor offers a social space with panoramic views. The project is also pursuing LEED Certification.
