Paperwork shows the prolific Bricolage Designs are the architects and Eric Orlofsky of 583 Lorimer St LLC is the owner. They closed on the parcel for $2.25M in 2013 according to city records.
The posted rendering shows the exterior will be a forgettable affair with wood slats along the first floor and square windows with Juliet balconies above. Inside will be 10 apartments that include a single ground floor unit and a duplex on the 5th and 6th floors.
