Malhotra Architects and rises to eight floors. Inside are 64 rental units with interiors by Durukan Design that reflect Brooklyn's "old world charm and its modern edge," according to the new website. The location is central and not far away from places like Barclays Center and the Brooklyn Museum. It's also a neighbor of the newly constructed modular building 461 Dean Street.

The resident lounge and rooftop sundeck will have stunning views and also offer wifi and places to lounge or work.
