In the fall of 2017, developer Vanbarton Group purchased the 25-story Midtown West mixed-use building known as The Vogue for over $315 million. Since then, it has rebranded the building Hollingsworth and spruced up the apartments and amenities. Leasing has just launched, and move-ins are expected to begin next month.

Hollingsworth is topped with a roof terrace and lounge with fountains, fireplaces, grills, and beautiful views of the Empire State Building. Elsewhere in the building, amenities include a co-working lounge and a fitness center outfitted with Peloton bikes. The building welcomes pets, and a 24-hour doorman, valet laundry service, “Hub by Amazon” package lockers, storage, bike room, and on-site parking will work wonders to streamline building life. Moreover, on-site management will host social events to cultivate a community among residents.

With retailers like Birch Coffee, Paris Baguette, I Milky, and Krispy Kreme already signed on to the building’s retail space, Hollingsworth residents can simply take the elevator down for their morning coffee. They can also take advantage of excellent proximity to Bryant Park and a nearby Whole Foods, not to mention living on the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade route. A dozen subway lines on surrounding blocks make for an easy trip anywhere in New York.
Current availabilities start at $3,300/month for studios, $4,250/month for one-bedrooms, and $5,925/month for two-bedrooms. According to CityRealty data, this is roughly in line with the Midtown West median of $3,020/month for studios, $3,793/month for one-bedrooms, and $4,995/month for two-bedrooms.
