Lightstone Group's development at 30-02 39th Avenue in the Dutch Kills section of Long Island City, a 10-story rental dubbed ARC, recently debuted with new studio to two-bedroom apartments available for immediate occupancy.
The property sits near the arc of Northern Boulevard as it meanders from Queens Plaza and passes 39th Avenue, and is adjacent to the N/W subway station which is also at that same intersection.

ARC boasts "the largest lifestyle-driven amenity program in New York City," according to to the building's website, with 50,000 square feet of amenities include a rooftop pool and half-acre private park.
The amenity list includes a full-time lobby attendant and concierge, residential lounges, collaborative workspace, and bike storage. There is a health club with a spin room and yoga studio, private training facilities, a basketball court, a game room and a golf simulator.
