With rentals like The Berkeley, The Metropolitan, and 50 North 1st Street, development and investment firm Largo has long appreciated the potential of the Williamsburg market. Its latest Williamsburg entrant, luxury condo NX, has risen on the former site of a one-story warehouse at 215 North 10th Street, and sales have just launched on the apartments inside.
Prices start at $930K for one-bedrooms, $1.48 million for two-bedrooms, and $2.645 million for three-bedrooms. According to CityRealty listings, these are roughly in line with the Williamsburg median prices of similarly sized condos.
At six stories and 70 feet high, NX does not cast its nearest neighbors in shadow. The design by Morris Adjmi Architects pays tribute to Williamsburg's industrial past and historic rowhouses with a buff brick facade and black steel. Seven penthouses with floor-to-ceiling windows stretch across the top floor, and many of these open to private terraces.
Many residences at NX open up to private outdoor space, and select units have features like breakfast nooks, walk-in pantries, separate offices, and dressing rooms that can be adapted to accommodate various lifestyle needs. All interiors feature incredible natural light through black clad windows rising to 10-foot ceilings. The kitchens come outfitted with custom Italian cabinetry, Italian Volakas marble countertops and backsplashes, custom Morris Adjmi-designed plumbing fixtures, and Bosch and Miele appliances.

"As working from home continues to dominate as a new market trend, today's buyer is really looking to customize their home for their specific needs" - Sarah Patton, Director of Development, Compass

While the flexible floor plans of the apartments were designed to accommodate buyers who still work from home, the amenities were made to attract remote workers who need a change of scenery. That is especially the case in the lobby, which features high-speed WiFi, lush greenery, and dedicated working space among the meeting and lounging seating. Upstairs, the Sun Roof features a grassy lawn, a full-sized shuffleboard court, an outdoor kitchen, and separate spaces for dining, lounging, meeting, and gaming, all enhanced by full landscaping and sweeping views over Manhattan and Brooklyn. Additional perks include a fitness center with Peloton, Mirror, and Tonal equipment, a package room, a climate-controlled storage room, and an on-property parking garage.
NX is located two blocks from the myriad recreational offerings McCarren Park, and is especially well situated near the park's soccer field, track, dog run, and weekly greenmarket. Popular Williamsburg restaurants, cafes, and nightlife may be found in almost every direction upon leaving the building. The Bedford Avenue L train is a few blocks away.
