Lantern House (The Corcoran Group) Lantern House (The Corcoran Group)
As of this writing, Lantern House is 84% sold (h/t Marketproof). The oversized bay windows, well-thought interiors, sumptuous interiors, and address near the High Line have proven so attractive to luxury buyers that it was among the best-selling buildings of Q3 2022. However, it is far from the only option in its West Chelsea neighborhood - the two-towered One High Line is one block away, and it is directly east of the Jean Nouvel-designed 100 Eleventh Avenue, to name but a few. Additionally, with still-high interest rates and economic uncertainty on the horizon, some luxury buyers might be holding off. It is against this backdrop that prices have been cut on nine sponsor listings at Lantern House.

The Lantern House listings were among the 234 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses that experienced price reductions as January 2023 drew to a close. A selection of notable listings may be found below.
