Updated 4/6/2018: Developer Adam America has shared a sneak peek at the view from their latest Brooklyn project, 24 Fourth Avenue, located on the corner of Pacific Street in Boerum Hill. Permits were filed last year to construct the 12-story, 63-unit condominium tower replacing The Gothic Revival cathedral, an 150-year-old church that had become "structurally unsafe" (TRD).

The project is set to encompass 94,760 square feet of residential, commercial, and community facility space. ODA Architecture will be designing. The pair have also worked together on 251 First, a Park Slope condo which features the stepped setback style prominent in ODA's work. A rendering of 24 Fourth Avenue has surfaced via YIMBY and it shows the architects' signature style coming into play on the top floors.

24 Fourth Avenue will be relatively modest in height and design compared to its neighboring buildings, which include Hub at 333 Schermerhorn Street, the modular 461 Dean Street, and of course, the soon-to-be-tallest tower in Brooklyn, 9 Dekalb Avenue. But hey, at least the views and amenities – which include a dog spa, fitness center, roof deck, and lounge – will be amazing.

A completion date has not been announced but the church has already been demolished.
