The Dean, the striking new ODA-designed building in Crown Heights launched a new website and leasing for its rental apartments back in May. Units have been going quickly and there are currently 27 no-fee listings with select units offering free rent on a 13-month lease.
Located at the intersection of Franklin and Dean Streets, the development holds a 608 Franklin Avenue and 1040 Dean Street address, and brings 116 new studio to two-bedroom apartments to the neighborhood, along with space for six ground-floor retailers. There are no studios on the market but pricing for one-bedrooms start at $2,740/month and two-bedrooms at $2,931/month.
