The six-story building at 124 West Houston Street, erected around 1900, has no shortage of history. The property holds a Landmark Designation from the city and is within the the Greenwich Village Historical District. It was a place where Bob Dylan created some of his most famous songs, according to the New York Post, and was also home to early conceptual artists Arakawa and Madeline Gins.

The building's penthouse, located on the sixth floor, has many of the same features and also comes with a 750-square-foot rooftop garden.
