The rentals have open floor plans ranging from 408 to 709 square feet with foyers, hardwood floors, large closets, and oversized windows to ensure plenty of natural light and beautiful city and river views. The tower was erected in 1987 and until recently, it was known as the Affinia Dumont Hotel. According to The Real Deal, the property was sold to the Lefrak Organization in early 2017 in a purchase nearing $120 million dollars.
