Other amenities include concierge services, on-site laundry facilities, resident storage, package service, and there is a convenient on-site supermarket.
Despite the former name of the building, 180 Riverside is not owned by Donald Trump. According to architecture critic Carter Horsley's review, Trump sold much of his stake in the mid-1990s to a group of investors from Hong Kong, and Equity Residential bought this and several adjacent properties in 2005.
