On an arc of Riverside Boulevard, not far from the hustle and bustle of the Lincoln Center area, a distinguished row of residential high-rises overlooks the Hudson River with unobstructed views. Many are condominiums built as part of the Riverside South development, like The Heritage at Trump Place and The Rushmore, while others are full-service luxury rental buildings.
Property manager Equity Residential operates a trio of rentals on the stretch between West 66th and West 70th Street; 140 Riverside Boulevard, 160 Riverside Boulevard and 180 Riverside Boulevard. For a limited time at 180 Riverside, select new leases offer up to 1 month off plus a $1,000 security deposit.

The 40-story 180 Riverside Boulevard was designed by Costas Kondylis & Associates, the architecture firm that designed many of the neighboring buildings in the development. Current listings show studios from $2,995/month, 1 bedrooms from $3,675/month and 2 bedrooms from $5,554/month.

Homes are spacious and have up to 9-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, bamboo flooring and walk-in closets. Eat-in kitchens have two-tone cabinetry, granite countertops, a microwave and a dishwasher; bathrooms are clad in chic yet traditional marble. There is in-unit climate control and a stackable washer/dryer, and some units have private balconies.

180 Riverside has an attended lobby, a 24-hour fitness center, a children’s playroom, a spa and a roof deck. It's also pet friendly and has a dog spa. Other amenities include concierge services, on-site laundry facilities, resident storage, package service, and there is a convenient on-site supermarket.

Despite the former name of the building, 180 Riverside is not owned by Donald Trump. According to architecture critic Carter Horsley's review, Trump sold much of his stake in the mid-1990s to a group of investors from Hong Kong, and Equity Residential bought this and several adjacent properties in 2005.
