In September 2021, Glacier Equities purchased the co-op's unsold shares for $3.1 million. Since then, they have been busy combining the layouts to offer 11 residences, gut-renovating the interiors, and redesigning common areas like the lobby, hallways, and elevators. Future improvements are expected to include all new windows, repainting the building's facade, and upgraded vent installation to allow for new HVAC systems in units.
458 West 20th Street does not have a gym in the building, but is one block from the Chelsea Piers fitness center. It is also close to the High Line, Hudson River Park, Little Island, Pier 57, Chelsea Market, world-famous art galleries, fine dining establishments, and boutique shopping.
