The Dakota via Sotheby's International Realty The Dakota via Sotheby's International Realty
After last year’s pre-taped event, the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade returns to the streets of New York to kick off the holiday season. New balloons include the title character of Ada Twist, Scientist and Grogu (aka “Baby Yoda”) of The Mandalorian, and the parade will feature performances from Jon Baptiste, Kristin Chenoweth, Darren Criss, Foreigner, the title band of Girls5Eva, Mickey Guyton, and Nelly, among many others.

The parade will air on NBC, and there are 2.5 miles of public viewing along the parade route in New York City. But rather than brave the chill and the crowds, residents of the following buildings can watch the parade from the warmth of their homes. We take a look at listings in the top residential buildings on the parade route from Central Park West to Herald Square.
