Earlier this fall, HPI Development launched sales for its new boutique condominium development in Greenwood Heights, 324 Twenty. Situated at 324 30th Street, the 4-story building offers 7 apartments, each with their own private outdoor space. Stribling Marketing Associates is handling sales, and completion for the project is due next year. Currently, there are three availabilities: two 3-bedroom units starting from $1.24 million, and Garden West, a 2-bedroom duplex with a private garden for $1.45 million.
Garden West truly maximizes private outdoor space with its own 1,335-square-foot garden and 9x12-foot patio. Like all homes in the building, the home features modern finishes, 10-foot ceilings, oversized windows, ample closet space, 4-inch white oak flooring, a Bosch washer/dryer, and a video intercom. The kitchen includes custom wood cabinetry in a lacquer finish, Caesarstone pure white countertops, a custom white oak island, polished chrome fixtures, and stainless steel appliances from Bosch and LG. The master bath features polished Carrara white marble hex tile flooring, a Calacatta Crema sink countertop, a custom white lacquer double vanity, and Kohler polished chrome fixtures.
Designed by Marin Architects, the handsome building features a brick façade and lovely handcrafted wooden flower boxes. Along with their Juliet balcony, private terrace, or private garden, all units will have access to a landscaped common roof deck. More amenities will include a laundry room, a bike room, a large elevator, and private storage.
Situated in Greenwood Heights, the building offers beautiful views of Brooklyn, the NY Harbor, and Manhattan skyline. The surrounding community is also host to many great restaurants, cafes, and outdoor parks. There are currently 23 apartments for sale in the neighborhood for a median price of $1,117,500, or $862 per square foot. The average closing price for a condo in Greenwood Heights this November was $854 per square foot, down from last November’s average closing price of $894 per square foot.
