While the tax abatement is a powerful draw, it is one of many that have lured residents to one of the city’s most eye-catching buildings. A unique curved design by FXCollaborative makes the most of views of Frederick Douglass Circle and Central Park, as seen through floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the apartments with natural light.
All apartments have open floor plans, high ceilings, hardwood floors, radiant floor heating in baths, and in-unit washer/dryer. Of the few remaining availabilities, three-bedrooms start at $2.815 million, four-bedrooms start at $3.995 million, and five-bedrooms start at $8.495 million. An average price of $2,057 per square foot puts them at nearly twice the Harlem average of $1,037 per square foot.
