To show off 70 Charlton's luxury residences, Extell has teamed up with a slew of talented interior designers; including Jonathan Adler, Instagram favorite WorkOf, and now, New York-based designer Patricia Fisher.
Fisher designed this latest model residence, a 1,631-square-foot three-bedroom home asking $3.215M, to incorporate Hudson Square's historical context with a 21st-century modern luxury lifestyle. She took a more personal approach by envisioning the potential family that may one day reside there, and of course, she added her own signature style by adding wonderful pops of color to neutral tones. 70 Charlton, which boasts amenities like a landscaped courtyard, an indoor saltwater pool, steam rooms, and an outdoor sports court, has eight units currently available with prices starting at $1.65M.
