While much of Brooklyn's luxury waterfront development has taken place along New York Harbor, the streets along Sheepshead Bay, the Atlantic Ocean inlet that gave the neighborhood its name, have been experiencing a building boom in recent years. AQUA offers indoor garage parking for an additional fee, but the building is located a short distance from the B/Q express subway lines at Sheepshead Bay. Local attractions include Marine Park, Manhattan Beach Park, the numerous dining offerings of Emmons Avenue and Sheepshead Bay Road, and area schools and services.
