Last October, we announced that sales have begun at Inkwell, a boutique condominium conversion by the Gotham Organization located at 520 West 45th Street in Hell’s Kitchen. SLCE are the executive architects and handled the restoration of the red-brick and limestone façade, while AvroKO is spearheading the dramatic overhaul of the building's interiors.

The building will accommodate 16 two-bedroom residences and 2 three-bedroom residences with their own private gardens. Prices for available units begin at $1.78 million for two-bedrooms; also on the market is a three-bedroom with a $2.8 million ask ($1,900 per ft²). The graciously-scaled layouts begin at 1,200 square feet with all homes featuring 13’-0” ceilings in living and bedroom spaces, and 11’-8” ceilings in hallways and bathrooms.
