At 805 feet high, Madison House is the tallest residential building in NoMad. It has also reached new heights from a sales perspective: Developers JD Carlisle Development and Fosun International Limited reported $75 million in signed contracts. The building was quick to embrace virtual tours in light of the coronavirus pandemic, but its height, views, amenities, and address attracted attention well before the first case.
A spokesperson for the building says that six additional contracts have been signed in the last two weeks alone. Availabilities start at $1.48 million for one-beds, $2.665 million for two-beds, $5.39 million for three-beds, and $13.73 million for four-beds. The building has a projected sellout of $771,860,000 according to the offering plan submitted to the state's Attorney General office.

Construction topped out last August, and the building is now fully enclosed with a sleek glass facade with white terra cotta boning and a dramatic crown, as designed by Handel Architects. Occupancy is expected for summer 2021, allowing residents to move into a building with easy access to a robust dining scene that includes 230 Fifth, Black Barn, La Pecora Bianca, Bread & Tulips, Dos Caminos, Eataly's SERRA Fiorita by Birreria, and Il Patio di Eataly, all of which are now open for outdoor dining. The Flatiron District, Chelsea, Murray Hill, Midtown, and several transportation options are a short walk away.

“Madison House was carefully engineered to provide extraordinary views, uses only the highest quality materials and provides true everlasting value regardless of market conditions at an attainable price.” - Evan Stein, President, JD Carlisle Development
