A prime example can be found at The Machinery Exchange, a Nolita building that once served as a horse stable for the nearby Police Building. It is now home to well-heeled buyers like Walking Dead actor Norman Reedus, model Katrin Thormann, and her husband, Compass broker Nick Gavin, who closed on a two-bedroom duplex in 2016.
