For the week of November 18, 2018, there were a total of 167 condo and co-op closings in Manhattan. Nine of the top 10 closings were in buildings in Tribeca or within close proximity to Central Park. Like last week, the Zeckendorf-developed 520 Park Avenue came out on top with its full-floor #23 coming in at $20 million. The four-bedroom is also the first unit to come up for rent in the building — giving us our first real look at the Robert A.M. Stern-designed spaces and finishes inside.

On a related note, yesterday the Wall Street Journal reported that billionaire investment banker Ken Moelis is the buyer of a $62 million penthouse in the building. The sale was recorded earlier this week and will be featured in next week's rundown.
The sole top ten closing not in Central Park or Tribeca comes from Riverside South's The Rushmore, whose #PH4A closed for $6.4 million. Expanding the list to the top 20 sales shows transactions in a wider variety of Manhattan neighborhoods.
