When we last checked in on The Ellipse (25 Park Lane South), the 42-story building was nearly 60% leased and welcoming new residents. More recently, the building hit a new milestone and superlative: Penthouse Five, a 2,300-square-foot four-bedroom, four-bath, is the most expensive rental listing in Jersey City's history at $10,995/month.

Spectacular water and skyline views can be enjoyed through floor-to-ceiling windows and an abundance of private terraces.
