At a time when Central Park Tower and One Vanderbilt have topped out into the stratosphere, 180 East 88th Street's height of 524 feet seems tame by comparison. At an average of $2,220 per square foot, this puts the building well above the Carnegie Hill average of $1,636 per square foot.
