Even the most fabulously luxurious buildings are not immune to market uncertainties. To that end, prices have been slashed up to 53% on the last four units at The Getty, an architecturally inspired building on the High Line and home of a record-breaking triplex penthouse. Ran Korolik, partner and vice president of developer Victor Group, said in a statement, “We hope this bold move sends a strong signal to the market that we have priced the residences to sell, and we are looking to transact. This is an excellent opportunity for a buyer seeking a luxury home in a trophy building located in one of New York City’s most desirable neighborhoods.”
The current listings at The Getty are full-floor units ranging from three to four bedrooms, and three of the four feature private outdoor space. The newly adjusted prices range from $9.4 million for a three-bedroom overlooking the High Line to $13.8 million for a three-bedroom with an expansive private balcony.
