As of October 28, 2020, CityRealty listings show 13,062 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and parts of Queens and the Bronx. Since last week, Manhattan's median condo price dipped below $2 million to $1,999,173, or $1,673 per square foot. The co-op median slipped a bit, too, to $902,266.

A total of 452 sales listings experienced price cuts in the past seven days. Leading the charge was a high-floor home in Trump Tower that has been reduced by over 50 percent. Between the Trump effect, the building as the destination of countless protests over the past four years, and changing tastes in the luxury market, the building's reputation has taken a significant hit. Please note that the figures for this listing, like all others below, reflect cumulative cuts as opposed to the most recent reduction.
