As Baltic Park Slope rose, developer JDS Development worked to respect this “idyllic neighborhood with a rich history” with its newest project. As construction winds down, a site visit revealed that the resulting 11-story condominium is among the tallest in the neighborhood, yet its golden grey brick design with oversized, metal-framed windows by VOA Associates allows it to fit in well with its surroundings. Architecture critic Carter Horsley describes it as “discreet from a distance, but quite luxurious up close.”
