While power couple Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel now call Tribeca's star-studded 443 Greenwich Street home, they listed their Soho penthouse in a Gwathmey Siegel-designed condominium for $7.99 million earlier this spring. Four price cuts and several months later, the New York Post reported that it entered contract for $6.35 million. While the sale has not yet been recorded with the city, a source tells the New York Post that the six-bedroom, 9,318-square-foot home has 360-degree city views and a private, 279-square-foot balcony to further enjoy them.

A neighborhood was not mentioned, and their five-bedroom duplex at 1045 Fifth Avenue, which was purchased for $15.5 million in 2015, has not yet gone on the market.

Denmark native and founder of hip worldwide juice/coffee chain Joe & The Juice, Kaspar Basse, listed his Soho apartment for $6.995 million after. Joe & The Juice started in Copenhagen in 2002 and now has over 200 locations in 14 countries, including 22 locations in New York City alone.
