For the past few years, Upper East Side residents have watched the 210-foot tower known as The Hayworth rise on the corner of East 86th Street and Lexington Avenue. As the finishing touches are put on the large windows and pale stone facade designed by HOK Architecture, developer Ceruzzi Properties announced sales on the condos within. Prices range from $3.495 million for a two-bedroom to $12.995 million for a five-bedroom.

With the sales launch, new details on the interiors by AD100 designer Lee Midel of SheltonMindel have become available. All 61 two- through five-bedroom units features loft-inspired layouts, 10’ ceilings, custom oak parquet floors, canted bay windows, and large-scale gallery walls. Kitchens are outfitted with Glassos backsplash and counters, marble islands, custom walnut cabinetry, and Gaggenau appliances. Master baths feature marble walls and counters, mirrored vanity cabinets, Kohler tubs, and custom Waterworks fixtures.

As in the case of the architecture and interior design, The Hayworth had experts at the helm of its amenities: Luxury condominium mainstay The Wright Fit designed the fitness center, and 92nd Street & specialists curated a music and movement studio. Additional amenities include a roof terrace with fireside seating and dining areas, a Great Room with billiards table and catering kitchen, a private library, and a children’s playroom with art space.

The Hayworth is in a prime Upper East Side location near Central Park, Museum Mile, top dining, and popular shopping. The 86th Street subway stop is just an elevator ride away for residents, and Ceruzzi Properties worked with the MTA to build a wider staircase and elevator kiosk to the subway.
