Toll Brothers City Living’s most anticipated addition to the Hudson Tea Community in Hoboken has officially sold over 50% of its residences, a milestone achieved in just a few short months of sales. 1400 Hudson Street stands 12 stories tall and features 236 gorgeously designed residences. Designed by Dewitt Tishman, the building features a lovely redbrick exterior, as well as many floor-to-ceiling windows that promise gorgeous views of the waterfront just one block away.
Residences feature wide plank oak flooring and expansive windows that maximize light.
Kitchens include custom wood cabinetry and quartz stone countertops.

Residences range from studios to three-bedroom layouts, featuring open floor plans and wide plank oak flooring. Andres Escobar designed the interiors to reflect the area’s industrial past and the Lipton Tea Factory, weaving within them polished concrete, rolled metals, wired glass, and rich fabrics. Modern kitchens feature quartz stone countertops, custom wood cabinetry, and Bosch and Thermador appliances. Baths offer custom vanities, large glass showers with spa-like rain showerheads, Kohler fixtures, and porcelain floors. All feature Whirlpool front-load washers and dryers, plentiful closets, and generous lighting, and select are complete with private terraces designed for entertaining. Prices for the residences range from the mid $600’s and go through $2 million. Expected occupancy for the building is slated for early 2017.
