Waterline Square is one of New York’s largest and most anticipated residential developments. As work continues across the 6-acre complex, new milestones have included a $15.5 million ($4,097 a foot) sale, a new price-per-square-foot record for Riverside Boulevard and word fromt he sales office that the 53 contracts signed in the last six months makes Waterline Square the fastest-selling new development in terms of dollar volume and units.
All three buildings are well underway, and closings/occupancy is slated to begin in early 2019. The plan's location has been described as “where Midtown meets the Upper West Side” – and features a variety of homes and amenities conceived by some of the world’s top architects and designers.

Three Waterline Square was designed by Rafael Vinoly and has interiors by Groves & Co. The three towers combined 263 residences begin on high floors to make the most of the extraordinary city and river views. One- through five-bedroom homes start at $1.85 million.
