Acclaimed architect Philip Johnson said that the Woolworth Tower (2 Park Place) was his favorite skyscraper, and many can say the same for its recent condo conversion: The landmarked building is listed on CityRealty’s “10 Most Prestigious Condos,” and six listings are currently in-contract, including a combined 40th floor unit for $21.325 million. Another unit, Apartment 38A, was the third most expensive listing to go into contract last week according to Olshan. It was listed for $10.175 million.
