The façade of the building by Pritzker Prize-winner Christian de Portzamparc was created to emulate flowing water. Acclaimed designer Thomas Juul-Hansen was in charge of the interiors. Jeffrey Beers International designed the lobby and, most recently, an apartment 61 floors up.
