For the week of December 30, 2018, there were a total of 263 condo and co-op closings in Manhattan totaling to $569,140,411. Apartments in the usual tony confines bordering Central Park and the Tribeca waterfront topped the list. The 103 condo sales totaled $412.5M and came in at an average of $4.004M or $1,968 per ft². The 119 co-op sales came in at an average price of $1.314 million.
