While a 26-story residential tower might not attract much attention in Manhattan anymore, it's another story across the river in Prospect Lefferts Gardens. 123 Linden Boulevard, a rental tower in the works, has seemed to add more apartments and more feet to its height with every developer that joins the project; The Moinian Group teamed up with developers Solomon Feder and Israel Neiman on the building, which now towers over its nearest neighbors at 320 feet tall. Construction has recently topped out.

Additionally, the interlocking glass and concrete volumes of the building’s façade are almost all the way up. The design by Hill West masterfully combines contemporary stylings with post-war modernism, and a horizontal podium anchors the building and brings it into better context with its surroundings.
