The closer 210 Livingston Street gets to completion, the more anticipation for the Downtown Brooklyn building’s opening grows. Co-developers Rose Associates and Benenson Capital Partners topped out construction on the Handel Architects-designed building at the beginning of the year, and the brick façade is largely in place. An on-site leasing office is expected to open in winter 2017.

Market rate apartment prices are not yet available, but an affordable housing lottery has begun for 74 of the units. They have been set aside for households earning 60 percent of the area median income ($34,355-$57,240/year). The deadline to apply is October 31, 2017.
Criteria for 210 Livingston housing lottery (Housing Connect NYC)
All residents will have access to the building’s wide range of amenities. 210 Livingston will have its own entrance to the Hoyt-Schermerhorn A, C, and G subway stop as well as an underground parking garage for those who’d prefer to drive. Upper levels host a 15th floor landscaped terrace and a roof deck with grills and a sun deck. Other amenities include a fitness center, business center, game room, lounge, and laundry room. Its central location puts it near several of Downtown Brooklyn's top cultural institutions, shopping, and restaurants.
