With its easy access to Midtown, beautiful architecture and two great parks on either side, it’s easy to see why the Upper West Side is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the country. The building is being designed by the local multidisciplinary firm of Stephen B Jacobs Group with Stephen Alton Architect as interior designers. The building’s shape is prescribed by the zoning along Broadway, hence its similarity to Larstrand. The three lowest levels, the ground floor, and two cellar floors, will hold more than 20,000 square feet of retail. Much of the exterior work is now done and the exterior is articulated with projecting window frames and pale red-brick atop a faux-rusticated base.
