Williamsburg's tallest tower not along the waterfront has officially topped out at 19 stories, as per recent construction site photos taken by CityRealty. The building, located at 321 Wythe Avenue between South 2nd and South 3rd Streets, is a mixed-use building that will hold 130 rental apartments and an adjacent health care facility. ND Architecture is behind the design.

We had a first look at the new rendering for the project last year which replaced a parking lot and a single-story church owned by the Parish of Saints Peter and Paul Roman Catholic Church. The struggling church struck a deal with Brooklyn developers Watermark Capital Group to receive annual payments, beginning at $2.1M, for the lease of the property. The lease also comes with some unconventional conditions regarding the site's use, namely the ban on abortion, birth control, euthanasia, pornography and stem-cell research (DNA Info).

Rules aside, residents can enjoy two floors of amenities, 4,868 square feet of community space, and a huge parking garage that will hold 92 cars. Residential space encompasses 98,623 square feet, meaning each apartment will average a decent rental size of about 760 square feet. The expected completion date of the tower is 2019.
