For the week of January 6, 2019, there were a total of 158 condo and co-op closings recorded in Manhattan totaling to $366,707,677. Continuing the trend of the last umpteen weeks, half of the top 10 sales came in new condo towers designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The 69 condo sales recorded totaled $246.2M and came in at an average of $3.568M or $1,899 per ft². The 89 co-op sales recorded totaled $120.5 million and came in at an average price of $1.354M.
