As of early March, construction has progressed one story above street level. Prior to being a weed-strewn vacant lot, the site held a charming wood-framed house. While pricing has yet to be revealed, a new teaser site launched for the project boasts “High Scale Living @ An Affordable Price." There will be two apartments on each floor, a recreation room in the cellar and a rooftop terrace. The building is one block from City College, a short walk from the 1-train’s 137th street station and near Riverbank State Park.
