Manhattan topped the list, but most of the buildings came from Brooklyn and Queens. Manhattan topped the list, but most of the buildings came from Brooklyn and Queens.
CityRealty takes a look at the top buildings of 2017 based on listings in-contract and closings. All are new developments built in the last three years, with Extell's One Manhattan Square coming in at the top spot with 104 contracts signed. And while that may not come as a surprise, the second spot - the Karl Fischer-designed 2100 Bedford Avenue - certainly did. The building, which is located in the "up-and-coming" neighborhood of Flatbush, had 74 contracts signed last year.
