For the month of November 2019, there were a total of 861 condo, condop, and co-op sales recorded in Manhattan totaling to $1,462,906,081 in residential transactions. The 353 condo sales amounted to $889,513,708 in transaction volume and came in at an average price of $2,519,869 or $1,687 per ft². The island's 492 co-op sales of the month came in at an average price of $1,108,406.

The top four closings recorded in November came from the already record-breaking 220 Central Park South. Other new development condos making strong showings include a 53rd-floor 4-bedroom at One57 (#5), two closings at 111 Murray Street (#8 and #22), an 80th-floor 3-bed at Fifteen Hudson Yards (#12) and a 62nd-floor three-bedroom at Extell's One Manhattan Square (#17). The biggest co-op sale came in from 1115 Fifth Avenue (#6), where a 4-bedroom sold for $9.5M within the stately Carnegie Hill J.E.R. Carpenter building overlooking Museum Mile and the Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir.
