Less than a month after construction topped out, sales have launched at Madison House. Co-developers JD Carlisle Development and Fosun International Limited announced the latest milestone for their 62-story project, which has the distinction of being the tallest residential tower in NoMad.
Madison House has reached its full height of 805 feet, and Handel Architects’ design further plays up the loftiness with vertical elements that draw the eye upward. The glass façade is clad with white terracotta boning to create a striking look that maximizes the light. The shape of the building, a rare decagon, allows all homes to have a column-free corner window.

All 199 residences start 150 feet aboveground to make the most of incredible natural light and city views through floor-to-ceiling windows. Interiors by Gachot Studios feature natural materials, warm minimalism, soaring ceilings, and open floor plans that play up light and space. Custom kitchens come outfitted with Gaggenau appliance packages and custom Italian cabinetry. The light-colored Calacatta Borghini marble countertops and backsplashes make a pleasing contrast with darker floor-to-ceiling hand-crafted millwork.

A garden designed by landscape architect Mark Sullivan surrounds Madison House to create a natural buffer between the street and the building. Upon entering, a double-height lobby with two hearths beautifully sets the tone. Upstairs, wellness amenities include a gym, 75’ lap pool, hot tub and cold plunge pool, and spa. Social offerings include a children’s playroom, golf simulator, wood-lined library, landscaped rooftop garden, and lounge with chef’s kitchen and dining room.

Madison House has risen in a particularly central and appealing section of NoMad. The neighborhood’s most popular new restaurants and nightlife are only a few blocks south, while the culinary offerings of Koreatown are a short walk north. It is also conveniently located near several public transportation options.

Prices range from $1.4 million for a one-bedroom to over $25 million for a four-bedroom penthouse with a private terrace. Occupancy of all apartments is expected for fall 2020.
